White flour: a full cup
Liquid oil: 3 tablespoons
Salt: one teaspoon

To make lavash bread, first mix flour with salt in a relatively large bowl. After it is completely mixed, add 2 out of 3 tablespoons of oil to the flour and mix by hand.
Meanwhile, add water little by little and keep stirring until the flour becomes a dough. When the dough becomes smooth and uniform, cover it and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut the prepared dough into smaller balls depending on the size you want to make the bread.
Put flour in a bowl and then coat each ball you make with flour so that the dough does not stick to your hands.
After you have prepared all the doughs, sprinkle some flour on the work surface and roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
Whenever you feel that the dough is sticking to the rolling pin, sprinkle some flour on it. Try to make all parts of the dough uniform.
Light two of the gas flames and increase to the end.
Then place a flat-bottomed pan on one of them and place a metal gas under the other flame or a metal pot under the same flame and let them heat up completely.
Put the dough in the pan until it cooks on one side, that is, when it starts bubbling. Turn the other side and let it stay in the pan for about 5 seconds.
Then place the bread on the metal base until it is completely puffed up and toasted. Cook all the doughs in the same way. Place the loaves on a cloth and use for up to 2 days.
Preparation time of raw materials and its necessities is about 20 minutes
